For effective therapy, regular and consistent weekly sessions are essential. In my experience, a productive therapy process requires this rhythm. If you’re considering starting therapy, please be prepared for a likely weekly commitment and begin if you feel ready for this structure.

I work independently of insurance companies, allowing flexibility around diagnosis criteria, treatment duration, and referral requirements. Depending on your insurance plan, reimbursement may be possible, though basic health insurance often does not cover it.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer appropriate treatment for the following:

• Severe addiction problems

• Anorexia nervosa with a BMI below 17

• Significant aggression issues

• Acute suicidal tendencies

• Severe psychotic disorders

• Individuals over 65 years of age

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a €100 'no-show' fee.
